BMLinkS Service and Specification Set

What is BMLinkS Service?

The collectively called “BMLinkS Service”consists of two kinds of services: ”Office Service” that provides functions for building a document distribution infrastructure powered by BMLinkS-compliant office product and BMLinkS common software, and “Device Management Service” that provides functions for managing BMLinkS-compliant office products among multi-vendors.

What is Function Type?

In BMLinkS Service, “Function Types”refers to the functions provided by the BMLinkS-compliant office product and BMLinkS common software.

What are Extended Features?

Within Function Types, there are features corresponding to Function Type which can be arbitrarily provided based on BMLinkS-compliant office product. These are called “Extended Features".
BMLinkS-compliant office product and BMLinkS common software can be interconnected for interoperation with “Extended Features".
