By downloading any of the specifications, you are
consenting to the conditions stated below and are
entering into a contract with the Japan Business Machine
and Information System Industries Association. All
Rights Reserved. (JBMIA).
The following conditions govern the application and
usage of the downloaded specifications:
1. "The Specifications" include any documents on the
Specifications List above.
2. All rights including copyrights relating to
Specifications as well as
duplications of the
Specifications belong to JBMIA.
3. Usage is limited to the individual who downloads the
Specifications.
4. JBMIA grants non-exclusive usage rights to users of
the Specifications to promote the spread of technology
involved in the BMLinkS specifications.
5. Altering the copyright notice in the Specifications
is strictly prohibited.
The indemnity conditions of JBMIA regarding the
application and usage of the downloaded Specifications
are:
A. JBMIA provides no guarantee or support services
whatsoever regarding the Specifications.
B. JBMIA assumes no obligations regarding inquiries,
corrections, version updates, support or maintenance
regarding the Specifications.
C. JBMIA accepts no responsibility whatsoever concerning
any damage or liability (including loss of revenue or
